PARISH FEAST!
We celebrate the feast of our parish - The Assumption of Mary - on 15th August. The Franciscan Capuchin Fathers would be preparing us for this celebration. This year we will begin our preparations for the feast 3 weekends before the feast proper. The Capuchin Fathers would be preaching at all the Masses at the following weekends: 29th July, 5th August,, 12th/13th August.11th August will be The Youth High Praise at 7pm followed by Mass at 7.30pm with the raising of the Assumption flag. The anointing of the Sick will take place during the 6.00pm Mass on Sunday 13th August. On Monday, 14th August, sunset Mass for the feast of the Assumption will be at 7.30pm. Masses on Tuesday August 15th (Feast of Assumption) will be at 6.30am, 6.00pm, 7.30pm (with procession around the church).

Please help raise funds for the building of a new church at Puchong by buying a ticket to the Royal London Circus show on Friday 28th July. On this show day only, 60% of the proceeds from the 3,000 tickets donated will be given to this fund. Tickets are priced at RM25, 60 and 100 each for 5.30 and 8.30pm shows. Corpus Christi Celebration - PJ district. A candlelight procession begins at 7pm from SRJK (C) Yuk Chai (Jalan SS24/1) & ending with a Para-lithurgy & Benediction at St. Ignatious Church, Taman Plaza. (see map) What is the feast of Corpus Christi ?

Did you know that Fr. Clarence Dass, our ex-asistant parish priest, is back from Rome but only for a short time. He's on his university summer holiday break and is expected to go back to school by 1st Oct. He celebrated the 10.45 am mass today and this was what he told us.
