My comment on the above;
I am a borned Bumiputra. Has served about 7 years as an army officer in the army, worked in hospitality industry for about 9 years with last position as a Front Office Manager, in a 5 star hotel of 350 rooms and currently, holding a Junior managerial post in a Chinesed owned public listed, diversified company, whose personnel are about 95 percent a non-bumiputra.
Reason for telling tale of myself?.. later.
How many of us, Malaysian, whom, after getting all your matters done in government offices, felt that you deserved the treatment given to you? Who were those people whom you went to see and get services and treatment from?
Can anyone guess who would be the one who asked for the lowest rate when checking in at a hotel but expects services higher than the moon?
Who are those educated people who still hangs on to UMNO when an average guy like me could see what actually is happening.
There was an incident when, due to frustration, I muttered the following words to a Chinese, "Don't work like a Malay".
Reason for telling tale of myself?..
I have never feel good even on the thought of going to a government department because most of them are Malays. Not only they are lazy, the 'could't care less' attitude is sickening. Being a hotelier before, I used to be the one behind the counter and I love to see the faces of those I served, leaving the counter happy.
I joined the army as an officer cadet and later become an officer but I requested to leave the army only after two years of service. Guess what... they took 4.5 years to approve it! Reason for leaving the army? There are too much bullshit.
Many of my office mates are also driving a proton cars. All comments about our own cars will get the same reaction, "What do you expect! Malaysian cars", followed by a laughter. It has become a joke!
Sorry to have taken too much of your time reading this.
