I sincerely wish to all our Chinese friends:

For the past year we have been feeling the growing threat of war that looms above Palestine, Iraq and indeed the whole world, of increasing economic and social problems in our country, of widespread violations against human rights, and of exacerbating ethnic and religious tensions amongst our people. Let us all resolve to work and pray hard for global peace, just and equitable socio-economic development, respect for human rights, and a united Malaysian nation free from ethnic and religious tensions and conflicts.
