SPECIAL MEDIA STATEMENT RELEASE: US ATTACK ON IRAQ

Kuantan, Pahang, MALAYSIA, 21st March 2003

It is sad to face the fact about The United States and its alliances attack on Iraq. It is embarrassing to know that such super power and the biggest democracy icon can take an action by declaring war through undemocratic way and procedure.

Iraq has already followed all the United Nation resolutions concerning the unarm process. Report from the United Nation Monitoring and Verification Commission (UNMOVIC) has shown that Iraq gave full coorporation in the process and the Commission was not find any evidence to proof that Iraq still has or develop any biological or chemical weapon. The premise "not guilty until proven" should be applied here. Bush and his alliances until now still cannot bring any concrete proof to justify their allegation and attack on Iraq; even they dare to present false facts and justification to the United Nation. In a normal legal practice, they can be charged back for lying. United Nation or International Court of Justice or War Tribunal should take an immediate action; not only for their own credibility, but more important is for world peace.

Historically, war never give a good impact to both parties involved, whether to a winner or to a loser, not only the people of Iraq will be victimized. If its true that Iraq has a destruction weapon, in a very desperate condition, it has a possibility for Saddam to use that against the United States and its alliances, their soldiers will be the true human shields, who will be victimized just because of their leaders' ego and arrogant.

On behalf of the Youth Wing for the State of Pahang, National Justice Party, MALAYSIA, I strongly demand the United Nation and any other international related bodies, including International Court of Justice, War Tribunal, European Union (EU), Arab League, OIC, and Non Alliance Movement (NAM) to stop talking and commentating, its not too late for them to start a progressive action, with the ability that I believe they have, to stop the United States and its alliances attack on Iraq immediately, for the sake of world peace and justice.
